Design the Future is a 6-day STEM & Design Thinking summer camp at Boston University where high school students build functional products to improve the quality of life of individuals with disabilities. The program was founded 4 years ago at Stanford University and has run in the Bay Area at Stanford and UC Berkeley. This year, we're delighted to expand the course across the country and reach more students.

During this intensive program, created by DC Design, students learn to use laser cutters, 3D printers, and other tools to address real-world challenges through the design steps of Empathy, Definition, Ideation, Prototyping, and Testing.

Scholarships are available for students who demonstrate financial need or are from an underrepresented population.
